WAEM OUT OF HIBERNATION
For quite some time, WAEM has been in a very quiet "holding pattern", with no President and membership pre-occupied with the influx of trade & consumer show business in British Columbia over the last two years. These activities are expected to continue through the upcoming Olympic games with our members involved in new events, expanding existing events and lending their skills to Olympics related activites. At this time, as Past President, I have taken it upon myself to review and update the web site so that, while our association lies dormant, it remains an accurate listing and resource for anyone researching or accessing our industry. Without a President or a Board, there will be no meetings but if you wish to maintain an online database like this one, please contact me with updated information. I will be happy to post stories of the industry, information that we should share and any news or issues that you would like to make public. All the best for now - I look forward to hearing from you.
